As Managing Director of SERA Ventures, he leverages a deep background in private equity and cross-border structuring to manage the fund's deployment into foundational space infrastructure. He is the Co-Founder of the Space Exploration & Research Agency (SERA), aligning institutional capital with the road to a globally accessible space economy.

Victor is a civil engineer by training and the first private citizen from South America to fly to space as SERA's first astronaut. He supports deal diligence, ecosystem research, and fund operations.
